Delivery charges are calculated at the time of ordering and are based on the overall weight of the parcel. We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail Post.  We aim to despatch all goods next working day, however, when we are in the height of our show season or at particular busy times this can change to 3-5 working days.  If you are in need of your goods quickly please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

Our couriers for the UK and Ireland are CityLink, for Europe we use DHL.

UK Delivery

Courier Delivery £7.50, this covers up to 25kg so if you have friends or family who are wishing to order goods it is always worth combining to share the costs if you can.  As a guide we can send 5 of our large sized beds for one courier charge.

Royal Mail UK or CityLink packet post £3.50, this covers up to 2kg, for example all our replacement covers when bought on their own.

UK Highlands & Islands
